[Gems-users] DRAM simulation in GEMS

Hi,

I am not familiar with DRAM details but wanted to quickly find out the 
level of detail the gems release 2.1 models DRAM simulation ?
My feel after reading the wiki page on memory controllers is that the 
memory controller is made detailed and models some memory bandwidth and 
latency but gems does not have detail DRAM simulation capability.
Any ideas ?
