Hi,

 

The error is related to you using gcc 4.2. There was a previous post that mentioned copying some files into multiple locations that may solve your problem (need to google for it), or use gcc 3.4.X family.

 Hi,all

   I use gems2.0 and simics3.0.31,when I finish compiling the ruby and opal with MOESI_CMP_token protocol,when I load the ruby successfully,then I load the opal module,the error as below:

 

 loading module 'opal': Failed to load module 'opal' ('/root/gems-2.0/simics_3_workspace/x86-linux/lib/opal.so'): "undefined symbol: _ZNSs4_Rep20_S_empty_rep_storageE"

 

 I don't know how to solve it!
