[Gems-users] GEMS without checkpoints...

I want trying to install & use GEMS. I have a tutorial, which says to
download Solaris 8 or 9 binaries in the form CD ISO image.
   sol­9­905hw­ga­sparc­v1­iso.zip and
   sol­9­905hw­ga­sparc­v2­iso.zip       which will take a lot of time and
requires a highbandwidth

I don't want to to do this...

  so, I want to know if there is any other method to this, such as skiping
checkpoints or any... ???
