[Gems-users] change links latency

Hi,

i am trying to set up NUMA, so my idea is to build MSI_MOSI_CMP_directory with 8
processors and use a PT_TO_PT between the processors with different latencies.
But now the problem is how/where would i change the latency of the links
depending on the distance of the home node to the remote nodes..... 

also, i was trying to figure out what is exactly file-specified topology and
would it apply in my case.
