It is a 2d mesh. The links of the mesh are the lines below like "int_node:0 int_node:1 link_latency:2 bw_multiplier:64". All of the mesh links have the link_latency set as 2. The connections to each endpoint are the "ext_node:L1Cache:0 int_node:0 link_latency:1 bw_multiplier:72" lines and similar
