[Gems-users] triggering events

Hello,

Is it possible to trigger an event in an action? I
have tried it, but got some compile errors (trigger
not defined). When the L1 or L2 cache is full
(isTagPresent and cacheAvail return false), I would
like to trigger some events. But I would like to
trigger such events when a certain transition takes
place. Could you please show me some pointers?
