Adding an L3 cache to each -dir.sm controller is pretty straightforward
and requires no additional messaging.
Just add a CacheMemory structure, and if there is a cache hit, return the L3 hit latency instead of the DRAM latency --Mike Dave Z. wrote: Hi, Could you please show me some pointers on how to add a shared L3 cache to a protocol with private L1/L2 caches?
