[Gems-users] opal latency question

Hello,
Ive a qn abt the latencies specified in the opal default config files.
I dont see any processor frequency mentioned anywhere, so we must be
dealing with latencies in terms of cycles, right?

MEMORY_DRAM_LATENCY : 80
This paramenter means the memory access latency is 80 cycles...right?
