My Spanish is a little rusty, but seeing the words 'no hay ninguna' and 'global.h' in close proximity suggest to me that Ruby cannot locate Simics's headers. Is the path $GEMS/simics valid, and did you set the SIMICS_INCLUDE_ROOT variable correctly (I think it is in Makefile.common)?
