Your options for M-CMP systems are MSI_MOSI_CMP_directory,
MOESI_CMP_directory, and MOESI_CMP_token.
The first two are based on directories. The latter uses broadcast with
token coherence. MSI_MOSI_CMP_directory is probably the most stable,
but it is also the slowest. MOESI_CMP_directory offers much better
target performance because it has the E-state.
