[Gems-users] regd. ruby cycles

Hello,

My simulation results show that the component I've
added to Ruby helps to reduce misses and some events,
but results in increased number of Ruby cycles. As the
number of misses and some events has been reduced, I'm
wondering what other factors affect Ruby cycles. Does
adding another component to Ruby or adding another
message buffer or checking more ports increase Ruby
cycles?
