Hi Dave,
All these latencies are defined in GEMS/ruby/config/rubyconfig.default.
For L1_to_L2 there are L1_REQUEST_LATENCY and L1_RESPONSE_LATENCY.
For L2_to_L1 there are L2_REQUEST_LATENCY and L2_RESPONSE_LATENCY.
You can modify these paramters to meet your own demands.
For L2_Replacement event, there is not a special parameter define the latency. And it will cause a transition of L2 cache controller.
