No, I don't think this is possible without modifying the network code.  I've considered implementing this in the past, but I never did it.

Is it possbile to bind virtual networks to physical links.
That is lets say controllers c1 & c2 have two physical links p1, p2. and two virtual networks v1 and v2. Is it possible to say that v1 always uses only p1 and v2 uses only p2.
