[Gems-users] ruby make error

Hi,

I just downloaded GEMS 1.3.1 and Simics 3.0.23. I'm
trying to compile ruby, but getting the following make
error, which I haven't seen before.

make[1]: *** No rule to make target `global.h', needed
by
`x86-linux/generated/MOESI_SMP_hammer/obj/DemoPrefetcher.d'.
 Stop.

I edited the Makefiles as decribed on the GEMS
website.

Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!
