Unfortunately, Simics 2.2.19 used different names for targets than 
Simics 3.0.
You'll want to use the serengeti-based systems (the sarek scripts), some 
of which use the abisko scripts.
As for changing the number of processors and memory size, you'll have to 
refer to the Simics documentation for that information -- it is very 
different from that of 2.2.X.
