[Gems-users] No L1-I stat?

Hi,

I have two questions.
1, My results doesn't have L1-I numbers (All zeros), although the L1-D
and L2 numbers are just fine. I have tried a couple protocols,
MOESI_CMP_directory, MOSI_SMP_bcast, etc, all show the same problem. So
I checked the config file rubyconfig.defaults, which sets
L1_CACHE_ASSOC: 4 and L1_CACHE_NUM_SETS_BITS: 8. These are for L1-I or
L1-D, or both?

2, I want to calculate the cache hit rate. I can find the total miss
number, however I can't find total access number. I don't have problem
to add this counter into the simulator, but just curious why the total
access number (and hit rate) is not calculated by default. Do I miss
something?
