 But after I tried to install bison-1.875,bison-2.0,bison-2.3,I met the same"parser stack overflow"error when making the MSI_MOSI_CMP-directory protocol.
  May this error cause by other reasons? for example,when making CMP protocol,some configurations need to be  modified.

Yes, something about the way our parser is written is problematic for
older versions of Bison.
