Subject: [Gems-users] A question about an article
Hi all. I have a question about the following article:

B.M. Beckmann, D.Wood: "Managing Wire Delay in Large Chip
Multiprocessor Caches"

The third paragraph describes the methodology used to evaluate cache designs.
I would like to know if Gems and Ruby were used to model the memory
subsystem and, if the answer is yes, what protocol was used to
evaluate CMP-DNUCA cache design.

Since I am doing my Thesis and I have to redo one of the eight
simulations described in the article at the SAME CONDITIONS, I would
be very grateful if someone could share with me all the details of
the simulations described, for instance what compiler was used to make
benchmark executables and what ruby configuration file end cache
network were used.

Sorry to be a nuisance.

Thank you all very much.
