Ruby stats show "Busy Controller Counts" as follows:

Busy Controller Counts:
L2Cache-0:0  L2Cache-1:0  
L1Cache-0:0  L1Cache-1:0  
Directory-0:0  Directory-1:0 

Could you please elaborate what busy controller count is? Thank you.
