Subject: [Gems-users] Ruby and Simics
Hi,

GEMS's documentation states that either of the Simics in-order functional
simulator or the Opal detailed processor model can be used to drive Ruby's
memory requests. I was wondering if it is possible to use the Simics MAI
instead of the Simics in-order model, if one wants to use a more detailed
processor model (e.g. for x86) ? Somebody already tried it ? What amount
of work does this requires ?

Thanks.
Gilles
