* Remove BSSExpandFlag which is always false

* Remove replaceNOTE which is always false

* Remove createNewPhdr which is always true

* simplify if-elseif-else logic

* Remove exceptions that were never checked

* Remove unused dynsym_info

* Remove unused oldIndexMapping

* Remove C-style string casting

* Remove unused parameter from function declaration
