  make USE_GNU_DEMANGLE cmake variable OFF on linux

- fix setting the default USE_GNU_DEMANGLE setting to OFF on linux and freebsd
  as libiberty is now required.
- move include(shared) before include(LibIberty) so PLATFORM is defined
