  Revert CUDA binaries openning to libdw (#787)

* Fix Variable location parsing

Start using elfutils' libdwfl to open binaries with dwarf data.
This fixes dwarf variable location parsing for relocatable objects.

* Open CUDA binaries using libdw dwarf_begin_elf.
Temporary fix to maintain compatibility with CUDA binaries.
