The use of /usr/include/bits/uio.h is questionable. Anything in
/usr/include/bits is an internal header file and should not be used
directly by user code. On Fedora 28 there isn't a
/usr/includes/bits/uio.h. Also Eliminated the conditional includes to
simplify the code.
