[DynInst_API:] [dyninst] VEX branch will be deleted post 9.2.X release

Subject: [DynInst_API:] [dyninst] VEX branch will be deleted post 9.2.X release 
Hello everyone,
VEX has been merged into master for the 9.2.X release and will not be receiving any more updates. If you are using VEX as your branch, make sure to switch over to master. All of the rewriter fixes and support that was on VEX is now on master.
