Jim ran our bfd resolver and that resolves functions and statements.

Does this suggest SymtabAPI has an issue with statements on mic?

Possibly, though I'm not sure what that issue would be (other than toolchain churn for churn's sake)...

Do you guys want to investigate this at the workshop next week, or is it more time-critical than that?
