[DynInst_API:] ABI of git master

Subject: [DynInst_API:] ABI of git master 
Hi,

Is git master meant to preserve the 8.1 ABI for a while?  The
upstream-tracker is reporting an incompatibility in having remove the
"size" parameter from Process::getMemoryAccessRights().
