[DynInst_API:] Unable to trace the thread blocked on pthread_join

Hi,

I am using dyninst 5.2 on MIPS and trying to attach to a thread which is blocked in pthread_join call. 
We are able to attach to the blocked process but not been able to execute the instrumented snippet, 
used to load the RT library. It seems the PTRACE_CONT is not taking effect after loading the dlopen 
snippet and changing the PC.

Please let me know, how to wake up the blocked thread and execute the new PC location.

Linux kernel    : 2.6.12
Dyinst version : 5.2 (ported for MIPS)
