CHTC summer schedule - Terrace meet-up and changes to office hours

Greetings CHTC users, 

 

We will have a few changes to our regular support schedule this summer. 

 

Office hours once a week

Starting the week of May 26, Tuesday office hours are canceled; office hours will be on Thursday afternoon ONLY. Thursday office hours will still be on zoom at the usual link. 

 

Join us at the Terrace!

This summer we will be hosting monthly meet-ups on the Terrace! Join us on the second Tuesday of every month at 3pm on the Terrace (rain location: Der Rathskeller).

• August 12

Chat with us about research computing, bring your computing problem, or simply co-work with us!

 

Staff outages

All Facilitation staff are at a conference the week of June 2 - 6 and hosting a summer school the week of June 23 - 27. Office hours will be canceled and replies to tickets will be delayed during these times.
