Dear CHTC users,
Join us for our last Bioinformatics Cafà session of the semester:
Learned lessons from a CHTC Bioinformatics User,
led by Dr. Izabella Sall, Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Pediatrics.
In this session, Dr. Sall will discuss their experience running a
16S rRNA analysis workflow on CHTCâs High Throughput Computing clusters. Dr. Sall started using CHTC this Fall semester and over the past few months has been able to complete her microbiome analysis. She will also discuss learned lessons and helpful
tips for new CHTC users coming from a traditional HPC system.
Following Dr. Sall's presentation, Research Computing Facilitators will be available to help you with any issues or discuss further your workflows on CHTC.
