Reduced Staffing and Office Hours canceled on Nov 3; HPC Cluster transition continues today

Greetings CHTC users,

We are writing to let you know that our Research Computing Facilitators will be out of the office on Nov. 3, soÂCHTC Office Hours are canceled,Âand users can expect delayed replies to support conversations via chtc@xxxxxxxxxxx for that day. (We'll send out a reminder and appreciateÂyour patience.)

As a reminder, we are working this week to transition researcher-owned hardware in the HPC Cluster to the new cluster configuration and operating system, per prior communication. Users with HPC accounts already have access to the new configuration and should see researcher-owned hardwareÂpartitions appearing there by the end of the week.
