current power outage affecting some HTC servers

Greetings CHTC users,

This message is for users of our high throughput computing (HTC) system; users of our HPC cluster only may disregard this email.

A power issue in one of our server rooms has required that we shut down a certain number of our execute servers in the HTC system. Jobs that were running on these servers have been interrupted but will remain in the queue and run again elsewhere. The submit servers are not affected, so you can continue to log in, submit and monitor jobs on the HTC system, as usual.

All execute servers should be back up by the end of the day (October 30). Any questions can be sent to chtc@xxxxxxxxxxx.
