This is a reminder that Lauren and myself will be out of the office on Monday and Tuesday next week (July 3-4). We will not be responding to email both days and office hours are cancelled on Tuesday.Â

Hello CHTC users,

Due to summer holidays and work activity, Lauren and Christina (CHTC facilitators) will have limited availability for the first three weeks of July. This will impact both office hours and response time to email. This email contains a summary of changes for the entire month; over the next three weeks, we will also send a reminder each week with our availability and office hours for the following week.Â

Week of July 3

• Facilitators will be out of the office on Monday and Tuesday for the 4th of July holiday.Â
  
• Office hours: cancelled on Tuesday, July 4th
  

Week of July 10

• Facilitators will be out of the office Monday - Thursday for a conference. Expect delayed response to email.Â
• Office hours: cancelled all week (Tues, Wed, Thurs)

Week of July 17

• Facilitators are participating in a local summer school on campus. Expect delayed response to email.Â
  
• Office hours: cancelled on Wednesday morning (July 19)
  

We will continue to have our normal office hours and email response times this week (June 26 - 30). Email us at chtc@xxxxxxxxxxx with any questions.Â
