PLEASE REMOVE DATA FROM SUBMIT-3!!

It has come to our attention that many users did not have a disk quota set (our fault), but that many users have been storing large amounts of data on submit-3 (100s of GBs to TBs) and this is quickly filling up the available disk space.

We're in the process of setting disk quota restrictions for those who do not currently have a quota set, so you may find that you can no longer move data TO submit-3 and that your jobs will go on hold if your use of data in /home/<user> is/goes above our default quota of 30 GB.

While not all users are using large amounts of data, we ask that anyone who CAN remove data SHOULD remove data, in order to free up space where possible. If not enough data is removed by tomorrow afternoon, we will have to begin removing files from submit-3 based upon which files are oldest.
