It is very important once you do a request to CHTC and you
get a support ticket. To continue to use the ticket number in
all emails. They look something like:
[CHTC-Requests #12458]
You can change the subject by adding whatever you want after it.
This will allow us to be much more efficient.
On a similar note emails to my personal email get buried within all the
ticket
communications. Please use only tickets and if you do not
have one yet, send an email to chtc@xxxxxxxxxxxx
