[Chtc-users] Scheduler Process Fixed

I discovered that the scheduler process on submit
was offline since 10:26 at 11:15 and it is running
again. Jobs that were able to reconnect to the new
process were able to keep running and the rest
are in the process of restarting.

The Condor Team is looking into the issue.
