The upgrade of Condor on CHTC to a pre-release of Condor 7.7.0 has 
completed.
We are investigating a problem with condor_hdfs in this new version.  If 
you make use of HDFS in CHTC, please bear with us while we find a solution.
If you notice any other strange behavior, please let us know.
