[Chtc-users] Scheduled CHTC outage reminder

 As mentioned 3 days ago, all of CHTC will be down when
we loose all power Saturday. The submit node may be down
a bit earlier then the rest as we are relocating where it will
be near a UPS.

CHTC graceful shutdown will start later in the day today.
