[Chtc-users] CHTC Condor upgrade May 19

Hello,

We would like to upgrade CHTC to the Condor 7.3.1 release candidate the 
morning of Tuesday May 19.  This will cause running jobs to be evicted.  
For jobs that do not use checkpointing, this means the jobs will restart 
from the beginning.
Please let us know if this upgrade comes at a bad time.
