	I've verified that the problem occurs because the version of glibc 
we recompile for standard universe has been superceded in later point 
releases of RHEL 7, and that recompiling with the latest RHEL7 release of 
glibc fixes the problem.  I expect that we'll deliver that fix in 8.6.2.
