[Condor-users] Rank formula to measure the desirability of match in mpi/ java universe

hi friends

As we know ,the rank attribute is expressed a preference when choosing from the set of possible matches. I am finding documents about rank formulas or rank properties which is used to measure  the desirability of matches in some Universe such as java or mpi universe
