Hi,
I'm trying to get Condor to work on a new AMD x86_64 environment. I can get condor_init to copy over the local configuration files etc but when trying to start condor_master I get the following error:
ERROR "gethostname failed, errno = 25" at line 266 in file my_hostname.C
Has anyone been able to overcome this yet or is this a problem with too newer kernel/libraries etc?
The system runs Ubuntu server and is a clean install with various libraries such as MPI that we use for HPC.
Thanks.
Si Hammond
