Do you have condor id?

Please check the following entries in your global configuration file "
/usr/local/condor/etc/condor_config"

LOCAL_DIR               = 
LOCAL_CONFIG_FILE      = $(LOCAL_DIR)/condor_config.local


or please let me know the path of condor_config.local file
