[Condor-users] How to change condors log file permission settings?

Subject: [Condor-users] How to change condors log file permission settings?

Is there any way to change the permision settings of the log and error files that condor_submit creates from within condor?

I'm not using samba or NFS so i cannot have those enforce the permisison setting i need.
